My Son Aaron and our Dog Chip

DSC03170

Yesterday Aaron did something out of the ordinary; he offered to give the dog a bath! Shelly took a picture (as evidence) and I thought I would post this as a praise report and a prayer request. Please keep Aaron in prayer. I love him so much. He is not your typical or average child by any stretch of the imagination, he is wonderfully unique. I know God has wired him for great purposes and through many prayers and much wisdom, Aaron will be a mighty man of valor for the glory of God!

  1. To God be the glory for the “untypical” kids that He so faithfully entrusts to us. My untypical
    kid has kept me humbled (on a daily basis), on my knees, and actually caused my “tent” to
    expand and grow. I am in awe of this child (now a teenager) and have learned so very much
    about him, and myself, as the Lord guides me through raising him, watching him, and listening to
    him.
    May the instructions and promises in Proverbs 4:20-23 be our prayer:
    My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
    Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;
    For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
    Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
